What Is the Forever C9 Programme?
Forever C9, also known as C9, is a nine-day nutrition and lifestyle programme within the Forever F.I.T. concept. It combines programme products, meal guidance, hydration and light exercise in a structured daily schedule.
The programme is designed to help you develop greater awareness of your eating habits, daily routine and physical activity. Many people find the structured approach helpful when introducing healthier lifestyle habits.

What Does the Forever C9 Package Include?
Each C9 package contains the products and guidance needed to complete the nine-day programme. Before starting, you are encouraged to record your personal goals and progress in the included workbook.
- C9 Workbook with daily schedules, guidance and meal ideas
- Forever Aloe Vera Gel
- Forever Lite Ultra
- Forever Fiber
- Forever F.I.T. products
How the Programme Progresses
Days 1 and 2 are often the biggest adjustment, as you begin following the structured schedule using the programme products, drinking plenty of water and including light daily movement.
From Day 3 onwards, the programme includes one balanced meal alongside the scheduled products. The workbook provides meal suggestions and practical guidance to help you stay on track.
Important Points During the C9 Programme
Stay Hydrated
Drink water regularly throughout the day. The workbook provides guidance, but your individual needs depend on your activity level, climate and personal circumstances.
Final Day
The programme gradually transitions towards a more regular eating pattern in line with the official C9 guidance.
Who Is It For?
C9 is intended for adults who want a structured nutrition and lifestyle programme. Always read the product guidance before starting.
Individual Results
Every experience is different. Some people notice changes in their routine, while others focus on consistency, awareness or personal progress.
How Much Weight Can You Lose with Forever C9?
There is no guaranteed amount of weight that someone will lose with the Forever C9 Programme. Results vary considerably between individuals and depend on factors such as starting weight, food choices, activity level, sleep and overall adherence to the programme.
Personally, the greatest benefit has been the structure it brings to my eating habits, hydration and daily routine. The number on the scale is only one way of measuring progress.
Rather than viewing C9 as a quick weight-loss solution, many people use it as a structured starting point for healthier long-term habits.
