Right of Withdrawal & Returns
At 4everaloevera.nl, we want you to shop with complete confidence. That's why you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. After notifying us of your cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the product.
Refunds
- You will receive a full refund of the purchase price, including the original standard delivery costs.
- The cost of returning the product from your address to our warehouse is your responsibility. Return shipping costs vary depending on the carrier you choose and typically start from approximately €7.25 per parcel.
Return Conditions
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please ensure that the product:
- Is returned with all supplied accessories.
- Is returned, where reasonably possible, in its original condition and original packaging.
- Is securely packaged to prevent damage during transport.
Please note: If the product has been used beyond what is necessary to assess its nature, characteristics or functionality, or if the product or packaging is damaged more than reasonably necessary, we may reduce your refund to reflect the resulting loss in value.
How to Return Your Order
- Notify us of your return by emailing info@4everaloevera.nl.
- After your return request has been registered, carefully package the product and send it to the return address provided in our instructions.
- Once we have received and inspected your returned product, we will process your refund within 14 days using the original payment method.
Tip: We recommend checking your chosen carrier's current shipping rates before sending your return parcel.
