Finally daring to step on the scale again with C9 Forever

My weight had been a struggle for years. Until I got talking with my friend Katrien and we discovered we were in the same boat: we both wanted to lose a few kilos and, above all, get back in control of our habits. The start of the program

We started the day after the package arrived. My plan was simple: take it easy for the first few days, drink enough water, and follow the guidelines as closely as possible. The first two days can be challenging, because your body and your routine need to adjust. That is different for everyone.

Important: listen to your body. If you are worried or have symptoms, always consult a doctor. Especially if you are taking medication, are pregnant, or have a medical condition.

Suddenly things weren’t going so well

On day three, I didn’t feel well. It became so unpleasant that I contacted my GP, and it turned out I was ill. In my case, it was corona. I immediately sent a message to 4everaloevera to ask what would be wise.

They responded very neatly and thoughtfully: the advice was to stop, rest, and get better first. I genuinely appreciated that. No pressure, just health first. To me, that is real service.

Getting sick during your C9 Forever challenge: what now?

After I felt better, I decided to pick up the program again from day three. So no rushing, just calmly continue. I noticed that the structure helped me anyway: more vegetables, more fruit, and more water gave me a better routine. I didn’t exercise during that period, but I did take a gentle walk of about 30 minutes every day.

And yes, I saw changes on the scale. But honestly, results vary from person to person and depend on your starting point, your food choices, your sleep, and your exercise. For me, the biggest effect was that I got back into a routine and felt mentally stronger.

My scale and I are friends again

I used to avoid the scale. I didn’t want to step on it, let alone talk about it. Thanks to this experience, I dared to measure and look again without stress. What has stayed with me most: I drink more water, eat more consciously, and move more often. For me, the reset wasn’t just about kilos, but mainly about regaining control.
