Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on all orders delivered within the Netherlands and Belgium.

For orders with a value below €49.00, a small order surcharge of €5.95 applies.

Order Processing & Delivery Times

📦 Orders placed on business days before 3:00 PM (CET) are usually dispatched the same day.

Our warehouse processes orders on business days between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM.

  • Netherlands: 1–2 business days
  • Belgium: 2–3 business days
  • Other European countries: 3–7 business days

Preferred Delivery Carrier

At 4everaloevera.nl, we understand that many customers have a preferred delivery company.

If you would like your order to be delivered by a specific carrier, such as PostNL, DHL or DPD, simply mention your preference in the order comments during checkout.

Although we cannot guarantee a specific carrier in every situation, we will always do our best to accommodate your request whenever possible.

💡 Tip: Providing your preferred carrier can help prevent unnecessary delivery issues.

Returns

You may return your order within 14 days in accordance with our Right of Withdrawal.

  • Products should be returned unused, unopened and in their original packaging, where reasonably possible.
  • The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by law.

Delivery Address & Reshipment

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order.

  • If an order cannot be delivered because of incorrect or incomplete address details, any additional shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
  • Reshipment costs are €9.95.
  • If you choose not to have the order reshipped, your payment will be refunded, excluding any shipping costs already incurred.

Order Tracking

📩 After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

📦 Once your parcel has been dispatched, we will send you a Track & Trace link so you can follow your shipment.
