No shipping costs

We charge no shipping costs for deliveries within the Netherlands and Belgium.

For orders under €49,-, we charge a small order surcharge of €4,95.

Processing & delivery time

📦 Order on business days before 3:00 PM and we will ship your order the same day.

We process orders on business days between 09:00 and 15:00.

• The Netherlands: 1–2 business days
• Belgium: 2–3 business days
• Europe: 3–7 business days

Return policy

You have a return period of 14 days at 4everaloevera.nl.

• Products must be unopened and in their original packaging
• Return costs are the customer’s responsibility

Address & reshipment

Customers are responsible for entering their address details correctly.

• In the event of incorrect address details, additional shipping costs are at the customer's expense
• Reshipment costs €6,95
• No reshipment? Then you will receive a refund excluding shipping costs
