DX4 Program – Forever Body Balancing System
Just before the summer holiday, I followed the C9 program. During the holiday, I noticed that I had cheat meals more often. That resulted in a bloated feeling, less energy, and eventually about 1.5 kilos extra.
My goal was not to lose a lot of weight again, but to bring my body back into balance and become more mindful about nutrition. During my search, I came across the DX4 program.

What is the DX4 program?
The DX4 Forever Body Balancing System is a 4-day program consisting of two days of calorie reduction, followed by two days focused on greener and more mindful eating.
The program helps you reflect on how your body responds to nutrition, exercise, and daily habits. Not only physically, but mentally as well.
What does the DX4 program look like in terms of nutrition?
On days 1 and 2, you only use the standard DX4 products:

My experience
Personally, I found the first part especially challenging, because the program initially consists mainly of supplements. Still, it helped to keep my goal in mind and stay consistent.
From day 2, a healthy snack is added. On days 3 and 4, a green salad is included as lunch, which made the program much more enjoyable for me.

My experience and results with DX4
Although the program recommends weighing yourself daily, I chose to do this only at the end. After four days, I had lost 2 kilos, but more importantly: I felt less bloated, more energetic, and mentally stronger.
The progress you record each day makes the results very clear. For me, the program could easily have lasted a bit longer.
How do you continue after DX4?
