With C9 Forever finally dare to step back on the scale
My weight was a struggle for years. Until I started talking to my girlfriend Katrien and we discovered that we were in the same boat: we both wanted to lose a few kilos and, above all, get a grip on our habits again. The contents of the C9 Forever box
The box arrived quickly and I was honestly quite excited to get started. When I opened the package, in addition to the standard products, there were also extras (depending on stock/promotion): think of a tea bag, a protein bar, a sample and practical tools such as a measuring tape and a shaker.
What I personally found most useful: a C9-workbook where you can check off what you use each day, and where you have space to write down your extra vegetables/fruit and exercise. This makes the program clear and helps you stay consistent.

The start of the program
We started the day after the package arrived. My plan was simple: keep it quiet for the first few days, drink enough water and work according to the guidelines as much as possible. The first two days can be tough as your body and your routine adjust. That's different for everyone.
Important: listen to your body. If you have any concerns or complaints, always consult a doctor. Especially if you are taking medication, are pregnant or have a medical condition.
Suddenly things went less well
On day three I didn't feel well. It became so annoying that I contacted the doctor and it turned out that I was ill (in my case: corona). I immediately sent a message to 4everaloevera to ask what was wise.
They responded very politely and caringly: the advice was to stop, rest and get better first. I genuinely liked that — no pushing, but health first. That's service.
Getting sick during your C9 Forever challenge: what now?
After I felt better, I decided to pick up the program again from day three (so don't rush, just take it easy). I noticed that having structure — more vegetables, fruit and water — gave me a better rhythm anyway. I did not exercise during that period, but I did take a leisurely walk of about 30 minutes every day.
And yes: I saw a change on the scale. But let's be honest: results differ per person and depend on your starting point, your nutritional choices, your sleep and your exercise. For me, the biggest effect was that I got back into a routine and felt mentally stronger.
My scale and I are friends again
I used to avoid the scale. I didn't want to insist on it and I certainly didn't want to talk about it. This experience gave me the courage to measure and look again without stress. What really stuck is: I drink more water, eat more consciously and exercise more often. For me, the “reset” was not just in kilos, but in taking back control.
