How do you continue after the C9 program?
Are you almost done with the C9 program? Then you have spent nine days consciously working on nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle. A great step—but what you do next is just as important.
Many people feel lighter, more energetic, and more motivated after C9. The only question is: how do you make sure this feeling lasts, without falling back into old habits?
After the C9 program, there are roughly two realistic routes. Which one suits you best depends on how much structure and guidance you like.
Path 1: Continue with the Forever F15 program
The Forever F15 program was developed as a logical next step after C9. While C9 is all about resetting and awareness, F15 focuses on building: nutrition, exercise, and rhythm in daily life.
Why do many people choose F15 after C9?
- Structure and guidance —you know what you eat and how you exercise
- Combination of nutrition and training – without an extreme approach
- No guesswork – clear guidelines, tailored to your level
Which F15 level is right for you?
- F15 Beginner – ideal immediately after C9 or if you have little exercise experience
- F15 Intermediate – if you are already more active and want to build on that
- F15 Advanced – for those who already exercise regularly
F15 is particularly suitable if you find that you stay more motivated with a clear plan, or if you still have specific goals in terms of fitness and lifestyle.

Route 2: Continuing independently after C9 (without a program)
Not everyone needs a follow-up program. You can also continue independently, provided you remain conscious of your diet and exercise.
Important points to consider after C9
- Eat regularly: 3 main meals and 2 snacks
- Drink enough water (about 1.5–2 liters per day)
- Exercise for at least 30 minutes every day
- Limit added sugars and highly processed products
- Listen to your body and eat mindfully
Example of a balanced day
- Breakfast: oatmeal with unsweetened plant-based milk and fruit
- Snack: fruit with nuts or seeds
- Lunch: whole grain lunch with protein source and vegetables
- Snack: raw vegetables or yogurt
- Dinner: fish, chicken, or plant-based meal with vegetables and complex carbohydrates
Which route suits you best?
| Question | F15 program | Continue independently |
|---|---|---|
| Do you want a fixed structure? | Yes | No |
| Are you looking for guidance? | Yes | No |
| Do you want to remain flexible? | Limited | Yes |
Be realistic
The most important thing after C9 is not perfection, but consistency. Small, achievable choices have the greatest effect in the long term.
Whether you choose F15 or continue independently: keep moving, eat consciously, and give yourself time to build new habits.
