How do you move on after it C9program?

Are you almost done with it C9 program? Then you have consciously worked on nutrition, exercise and lifestyle for nine days. A nice step — but just as important is what you do afterwards does.

Many people notice C9 lighter, more energetic and more motivated. The only question is: how do you ensure that this feeling remains, without falling back into old habits?
