Right of Withdrawal

For sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal may end once the seal is broken. Direct return costs are paid by the customer, except for damaged, incorrect or defective products. After receiving and inspecting the return, we will refund the amounts due in accordance with our Returns and Refunds Policy.
