Why vitamins B & C?

The B vitamins Forever Therm® support normal energy-yielding metabolism. Vitamin C helps reduce fatigue and supports the immune system (depending on total daily intake). Therm® fits into a conscious routine with nutrition, exercise and recovery.

Use

• Recommended use: 2 tablets per day.
• Preferably before 6:00 PM i.v. caffeine.
• You can take 1 tablet in the morning and 1 with lunch, or both in the morning.
• Stick to the recommended daily amount.

Important warnings

Contains caffeine (87 mg/day).
Not suitable during pregnancy, if you wish to have children or when breastfeeding.
