Calories & usage

One shake (300 ml) contains approx 220–225 kcaldepending on the preparation. Mix 21–24 g powder with water, skimmed milk or plant-based milk. Prepared with milk, the shake is a complete meal replacement.

❓Why does the protein content differ per package?

At the Forever Lite Ultra Shake (Vanilla) it may happen that the packaging states a different protein content per portion, such as: 21g, 24g or in some countries 17g protein. This can be confusing, but we will briefly explain how this works below.

A different portion size automatically means a different protein number per portion on the packaging.

Is the product substantively different?
