F15 Beginner
Ideal if you just C9 completed or have little sports experience. The focus is on basic movements, light workouts and building a routine.
Important product update
The composition of C9 and
F15 has been adjusted. In the latest version, Garcinia has been replaced by Forever Lean®. Because we purchase from different European countries, you may temporarily receive a variant with Garcinia or Lean. This is not a cause for concern: both variants are original and this is only an official content change.
F15 Intermediate
For those who are already active and looking for more of a challenge. This level combines strength training, higher intensity cardio and mobility exercises.
