On the Path to Balance: My Experience with the DX4 Program

DX4 Program – Forever Body Balancing System

Just before the summer holidays, I followed the C9 program. During the holidays, I noticed that I was having more 'cheat meals'. This resulted in bloating, less energy, and ultimately about 1.5 kilos of extra weight.

My goal was not to lose a lot of weight again, but to bring my body back into balance and become more conscious of my diet. During my search on 4everaloevera.nl, I came across the DX4 program.

DX4 seemed like a logical next step after C9: a short, intensive four-day program focusing on structure, awareness, and balance between body and mind.

What is the DX4 program?

The DX4 Forever Body Balancing System is a four-day program consisting of two days of calorie reduction, followed by two days focusing on greener and more conscious eating.

The program helps you reflect on how your body responds to nutrition, exercise, and daily habits. Not only physically, but also mentally.

What does the DX4 program look like in terms of nutrition?

On days 1 and 2, you only use the fixed DX4 products:

Personally, I found this the most difficult part, because the program mainly consists of supplements in the beginning. Still, I kept my goal in mind and remained consistent.

From day 2 onwards, a healthy snack is added. On days 3 and 4, a green salad is added for lunch, which made the program a lot more enjoyable for me.

What can you drink during DX4?

During the DX4 program, a minimum of 2 liters of water per day is recommended. You can mix the Plant Protein Shake with unsweetened plant-based milk (such as soy, oat, or almond milk). The other products should be taken with water.

Why DX4 is more than just nutrition

What made DX4 special for me were the daily assignments. These allow you to reflect on your motivation, emotions, and behavior. Every day, you reflect on how you feel—physically, mentally, and emotionally.

One question that particularly stuck with me was: "Name one small victory you achieved today." That created awareness and pride.

My experience and results with DX4

Although the program recommends weighing yourself daily, I chose to do this only at the end. After four days, I had lost 2 kilos, but more importantly, I felt less bloated, more energetic

The progress you record each day makes the results very clear. For me, the program could even have lasted a little longer.
