How do you continue after the C9 programme?
Are you almost finished with the C9 programme? Then you have spent nine days consciously working on nutrition, exercise and lifestyle. A great step — but at least as important is what you do afterwards.
Many people notice that after C9 they feel lighter, more energetic and more motivated. The only question is: how do you make sure this feeling lasts, without falling back into old habits?
After the C9 programme, there are roughly two realistic routes. Which one suits you best depends on how much structure and guidance you prefer.
Route 1: Continue with the Forever F15 programme
The Forever F15 programme was developed as a logical next step after C9. While C9 is all about reset and awareness, F15 focuses on building up: nutrition, exercise and rhythm in daily life.
Why do many people choose F15 after C9?
- Structure and support – you know what you eat and how you exercise
- Combination of nutrition and training – without an extreme approach
- No guesswork – clear guidelines, tailored to your level
Which F15 level suits you?
- F15 Beginner – ideal straight after C9 or if you have little sports experience
- F15 Intermediate – if you are already more active and want to build further
- F15 Advanced – for those who already have exercise as part of their routine
F15 programme is especially suitable if you notice that your motivation stays stronger with a clear plan, or if you still have specific goals in the area of fitness and lifestyle.

Route 2: Continue independently after C9
Not everyone needs a follow-up programme. You can also continue perfectly well on your own, as long as you remain mindful of nutrition and exercise.
Important points to keep in mind after C9
- Eat regularly: 3 main meals and 2 snacks
- Drink enough water, around 1.5 to 2 litres per day
- Move for at least 30 minutes every day
- Limit added sugars and highly processed products
- Listen to your body and eat mindfully
Example of a balanced day
- Breakfast: oatmeal with unsweetened plant-based milk and fruit
- Snack: fruit with nuts or seeds
- Lunch: wholegrain lunch with a protein source and vegetables
- Snack: raw vegetables or yoghurt
- Dinner: fish, chicken or plant-based with vegetables and complex carbohydrates
Which which route suits you best?
| Question | F15 program | Continue on your own |
|---|---|---|
| Do you want a fixed structure? | Yes | No |
| Are you looking for guidance? | Yes | No |
| Do you want to stay flexible? | Limited | Yes |
Above all, stay realistic
The most important thing after the C9 course is not perfection, but consistency. Small, achievable choices have the greatest effect in the long term.
Whether you choose F15 or continue on your own: keep moving, eat mindfully, and give yourself the time to build new habits.
